ABOUT ME
I am here to support you step into your authentic self. The individuals, couples, and constellations I work with are committed to making real changes in their lives. I will provide you with an unconditional, warm, empathetic environment while we face and process past and present. By doing so, the goal is to release that which is no longer yours to carry and align with the most authentic version of yourself. Our work includes making meaning of your experiences and relationships, naming and feeling feelings while healing your inner child and attachments. Through our work, patterns become illuminated, allowing change.
My expertise spans various aspects of the human experience, including addressing depression, anxiety, navigating life transitions, healing from sexual trauma, managing family conflicts, navigating divorce or separation, and fostering healthier relationships. I also integrate attachment and inner child work into our sessions. Additionally, I specialize in providing support to menstruating individuals, as well as those who are pregnant or in the post-partum phase.
Starting therapy is a real commitment. You have so much to be proud of by beginning or continuing this journey. I look forward to walking alongside you as you create, heal, and make changes you wish to see in your life and yourself.
My office is virtual. We will meet through video. Some things you can expect include talk psychotherapy and incorporating techniques that fit your needs including (but not limited to) mindfulness, meditation, as well as daily routines and practices.
