Womb & Root Circle is an immersive group for women ready to reconnect with their cycles, stories, and sacred inner rhythms through breath, food, embodiment, and feminine wisdom. Guided by the wisdom of the menstrual cycle and the intelligence of the nervous system, we’ll gather to reconnect with the sacred rhythms of the womb, food as medicine, and the quiet power of being.
